just as good as the heat pump. It offers several of its own advantages which

Together these features provide
the platform for efficient heating and humidity control for your system.
For starters, the all-aluminum
coil acts as the primary point for heat transfer and is able to resist rust and
corrosion. This makes for a more easily maintainable air handler and you will
be spending a lot less on air conditioning services.
To make the AC installation
process fairly simple, Goodman has fitted the air handler with the MBR blower
motor. This motor allows for modular configurations with upflow, counterflow
and horizontal positions and lets you install the air handler in any convenient
orientation.
Finally, the air handler features
field-installed electric heat and field-installed heat strips that allow
between 3-20 kW for emergency heating needs.
